Er setzt die Beschl\u00fcsse der Generalversammlung um und sorgt f\u00fcr die Einhaltung gesetzlicher sowie satzungsm\u00e4\u00dfiger Bestimmungen.<\/span>\r\n      <\/li>\r\n\r\n      <li>\r\n        <strong>Vertretung<\/strong>\r\n        <span>Der Vorstand vertritt die Genossenschaft gerichtlich und au\u00dfergerichtlich, handelt im Namen der Genossenschaft und schlie\u00dft notwendige Vertr\u00e4ge ab.<\/span>\r\n      <\/li>\r\n\r\n      <li>\r\n        <strong>Berichtswesen<\/strong>\r\n        <span>Er stellt den Jahresabschluss und den Lagebericht auf und legt diese der Generalversammlung zur Genehmigung vor.
