Durch gemeinsames Handeln sind die Mitglieder zugleich Eigent\u00fcmer und Nutzer der Genossenschaft \u2013 das st\u00e4rkt die Versorgung mit bezahlbarem Wohnraum.<\/p>\r\n      <\/article>\r\n\r\n      <article class=\"goal\" aria-labelledby=\"unab-investoren\">\r\n        <h3 id=\"unab-investoren\">Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit von (Gro\u00df-)Investoren<\/h3>\r\n        <p>Die demokratische Kontrolle nach dem Prinzip \u201eein Mitglied, eine Stimme\u201c verhindert die Dominanz gro\u00dfer Kapitalgeber. So kann die Genossenschaft langfristige Strategien verfolgen, ohne kurzfristigen Renditezw\u00e4ngen externer Investoren zu unterliegen.<\/p>\r\n      <\/article>\r\n\r\n      <article class=\"goal\" aria-labelledby=\"kein-zweckgebundener-wohnraum\">\r\n        <h3 id=\"kein-zweckgebundener-wohnraum\">Kein zweckgebundener Wohnraum<\/h3>\r\n        <p>Der genossenschaftliche Wohnraum soll sollen Mitgliedern zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.
