Er pr\u00fcft die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und satzungsm\u00e4\u00dfiger Bestimmungen sowie die Umsetzung der Beschl\u00fcsse der Generalversammlung.<\/span>\r\n      <\/li>\r\n\r\n      <li>\r\n        <strong>Beratung<\/strong>\r\n        <span>Der Aufsichtsrat ber\u00e4t den Vorstand in wichtigen Angelegenheiten und unterst\u00fctzt ihn bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der Genossenschaft. Er bringt Expertise und Erfahrung ein, um die Entscheidungsfindung zu verbessern.<\/span>\r\n      <\/li>\r\n\r\n      <li>\r\n        <strong>Pr\u00fcfung<\/strong>\r\n        <span>Der Aufsichtsrat pr\u00fcft den Jahresabschluss und den Lagebericht der Genossenschaft und erstattet der Generalversammlung Bericht.
